Room prices

  • Prices are non-binding indicator prices and apply per room and day, including breakfast buffet as well as the use of our wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and outdoor swimming pool, excluding local taxes.
  • For single occupancy of double rooms, junior suites or suites, room prices are reduced by €100.00
  • Dogs: Are permitted upon request for €35.00 per day excluding food. Dogs are also welcome in our hotel..

Arrival

  • The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and can be used until 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
  • We gladly provide a changing room for early arrivals and late departures. Let us take care of your luggage while you enjoy your first or last day of holiday.

Terms of payment

  • Terms of payment: The reservation will be confirmed after a deposit of 50%. The remaining 50% are due on arrival and can also be secured by credit card. In the event of such a guarantee, the entire amount will be debited 2 weeks before arrival. Costs incurred during the stay will be paid on departure. For external services (such as ski pass, ski school, ...) with credit card, a service surcharge of 5% will be charged.
  • We accept cash payments (also bank transfers prior to arrival) EC-cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Cancellation terms 
    up to 60 days before arrival, no cancellation fees
    up to 45 days before arrival, 50% of the package price
    from 45 days before arrival, short-term cancellation, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the package price. We recommend travel cancellation insurance (www.europaeische.at)
